Ep. 15 Hardwired: How Our Instincts to be Healthy are Making Us Sick
SUMMARY
In this week’s episode, I interviewed Dr. Robert Barrett and Dr. Louis Francescutti, who are the authors of Hardwired: How Our Instincts to be Healthy are Making Us Sick.
The book focuses on how as a human species we have evolved to survive, but in our modern world our survival instincts have created a health paradox. The things that are meant to keep us alive are in fact killing us. For the first time in thousand years, Americans are experiencing a reversal in lifespan.
